You can shop with confidence at Vanguard as every product we ship is covered by a manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise noted.

Shortage - Discrepancies in shipment must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.

Important Message: - Due to Army regulation changes made to the Class A Uniform and the Class B Uniform, the items listed below are being phased out. Effective Oct. 15, 2008, Vanguard will NOT be accepting returns for the following items:

  • Returns/Refunds - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 15 days for refund or exchange. Please call or email for authorization to return merchandise. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized orders unless it is to correct a mistake on Vanguards part.

    A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Vanguard reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.

    All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will require a deduction. This deduction is final.

    Vanguard Return Procedure

    To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.

    Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of the original ship date by calling the fulfillment center your order was shipped from West fulfillment center 1-800-433-1334, East Fulfillment center 1-800-221-1264 (toll-free within the U.S.) Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or bar code intact, and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground.

    In order to expedite your refund, please insure your package is returned to the correct fulfillment center.

    Return the merchandise within 15 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.

    Credits

    Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.

    Replacement Merchandise

    In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. Vanguard must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.
