You can shop with confidence at Vanguard as every product we ship is covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
Certain conditions and/or restrictions may apply.
Shortage - Discrepancies in shipment or damaged merchandise claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
ARMY NOTICE - Due to Army uniform regulation changes, Vanguard will NOT be accepting returns for the following items:

AIR FORCE NOTICE - Due to Air Force uniform regulation changes, Vanguard will no longer accept Subdued and Desert Air Force Patches for return.

Returns/Refunds - If you're not satisfied with your purchase, return it in good condition within 15 days for refund. Please call or email for authorization to return merchandise. We cannot accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized orders unless it is to correct a mistake on Vanguard's part. We also cannot accept returns for "Clearance" items.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#) must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for ALL returns. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the RA# at which time the RA# expires. RA#'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee or $4.50 re-processing fee, whichever applies.
Vanguard reserves the right to return any merchandise without a valid RA# to the customer.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included. Product that is returned incomplete, or damaged, -- if accepted -- will not be credited for the full purchase price.
Vanguard Return Procedure - To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.
Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 15 days of the original ship date by calling the fulfillment center your order was shipped from West fulfillment center 1-800-433-1334, East fulfillment center 1-800-221-1264 (toll-free within the U.S.) Please provide the following information when requesting a RA#: Original order number (located on packing slip), name of product being returned, reason for return, your name, daytime telephone number and e-mail address. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging with the UPC or barcode intact, and that all components, manuals, and accessories are included. For your protection, insuring the package and using a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground is suggested.

In order to expedite your refund, please insure your package is returned to the correct fulfillment center.
Return the merchandise within 30 days of issuance of the RA#. Print the RA# clearly on the outside of the package. PACKAGES WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
Credits - Credit will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return; however, your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles.
Replacement Merchandise - In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a new order. Vanguard must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.
