Want to make an exchange

Returns made simple

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in good condition within 15 days for a refund. Just give us a call for authorization to return the merchandise or email us at support@vanguardmil.com or cap@vanguardmil.com
Please note, custom or personalized orders can only be returned if there's a mistake on our end, also clearance items are final sales.

Additionally, for returns, a $4.50 restocking fee or 15% restocking fee will apply, depending on which one is higher.

Getting Started with Returns

To initiate a return, simply obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by reaching out to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Then, send back the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the RA#. Make sure everything is in its original packaging with all components included, clothing items should be unworn and unaltered, and clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package.

To expedite your refund, please ensure your package is returned to the correct fulfillment center, as written on your package or order summary.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive and process your return, we'll issue a credit to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take a little time for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your credit card company's processing times (3-5 business days).

Exchanges made simple

In addition to our return policy, we also offer a straightforward process for exchanges if you need to swap your clothing item for a different size or variant.

Just give us a call for authorization to return the merchandise or email us at support@vanguardmil.com or cap@vanguardmil.com.

Please note, custom or personalized orders and clearance items can not be exchanged.

Next, obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by reaching out to our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your original order. Please be sure to provide us with the new order number so we can waive the restocking fees for you.


Last, send back the merchandise within 30 days of receiving the RA#. Make sure everything is in its original packaging with all components included, clothing items should be unworn and unaltered, and clearly print the RA# on the outside of the package.

Exceptions to Note

While we strive to accommodate all returns, certain items can't be returned due to military uniform regulation changes for the Army, Air Force, Space Force, and Navy. Additionally, discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
