Vanguard Industries Inc. gladly offers the ability to do business with other business owners through a dynamic wholesale program. We have thousands of products at wholesale pricing for you and your business to access for retail distribution.

Our wholesaler customers receive the best support and reliable shipping in the industry. We pride ourselves in serving our nation's military and extend that same privilege to your business. Once you are approved for a wholesale account, you will be able to complete your orders online, by fax or by phone with specific wholesale pricing. All orders are shipped in bulk unless packaging is requested.

It is Vanguard company policy not to drop ship.  Vanguard is not responsible for packages lost due to drop shipping.   Drop shipping on a discounted wholesale account may result in order and/or account cancellation. 

To apply for a Wholesale account

To apply for a wholesale account, please complete the following steps:

STEP 1: SIGN UP FOR A WEB STORE ACCOUNT

When you are creating your account, check the "Apply for a GSA SmartPay 2 OR Wholesale Account (approval required) checkbox above the submit button, and select "Wholesale Customers".

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR LICENSE(S)

To submit your license(s), please e-mail the documents to wholesale@vanguardmil.com

FAQ : Opening a Wholesale Account

Applicants must provide a valid business license, reseller permit, or any other applicable documentation. The business license and resale certificate should have the same address. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications based on our internal criteria.

No, we do not have a minimum order requirement for all wholesale purchases on our website.

Applications are typically reviewed within 72 hours. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved.

Yes, once your account is approved, you will receive login credentials to access our wholesale portal and start placing orders.

Yes, tax-exempt purchases are available for qualified businesses. Please submit your tax exemption certificate during the application process.
