Young Marine's Lifesaving Third Degree Ribbon Unit (#7119) - Awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity as a Young Marine, distinguishes himself/herself by heroism for acts of lifesaving, or attempted lifesaving of another human being, animal, or wildlife.
